Important Notice: Upcoming System Upgrade – August 2025
We would like to inform our customers that Go-Pak will be carrying out a system upgrade during the week commencing 11th August 2025.
At Go-Pak, our commitment to continuous improvement means regularly investing in the tools and systems that help us deliver the high level of service our customers expect.
As part of this commitment, we will be undertaking a major system upgrade starting week commencing 11th August 2025. These enhancements are designed to improve accuracy, speed up processing, and further increase the reliability of our service long-term.
Order and Delivery Schedule:
To ensure a smooth transition and maintain service consistency, we will temporarily adjust lead times for orders placed between:
Monday 11th August – Monday 18th August 2025
For orders received before 11:00am, the following lead times will apply:
- England, Ireland & Wales: D1–D4
- Scotland: D1–D5
For customers with an existing extended lead time, please allow one additional working day on top of your current arrangement for orders due during this period. For example, if your current agreed lead-time is D1-D4, please kindly note that your lead time between 11th August and 18th August will be D1-D5.
We kindly ask customers to plan their stock requirements in advance and provide orders with as much notice as possible during this period. This will help us ensure continued accuracy and efficiency throughout the transition.
While we do not anticipate any disruption, our Customer Service Team is on hand to support you with any questions or assistance you may need in planning orders during this time. We greatly appreciate your patience and cooperation. These upgrades are an important step in strengthening our operations and ensuring long-term service excellence.
