As part of our commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards and meeting audit requirements, we will be conducting our annual stock take from 24th December through 2nd January in our Sharpness Warehouse. During this period, please note the following:

• Orders received by 11am on 20th December 2024 will be delivered on 24th December 2024.
• Orders received from 24th December 2024 to 31st December will be confirmed for delivery starting from 3rd January 2025.
• Orders received on 1st and 2nd January 2025 will be confirmed for delivery starting from 6th January 2025.
• We will be unable to pick stock during the stock take, meaning no urgent deliveries will be processed during this period

This annual inventory check is essential to ensure the continued accuracy and reliability of our stock management, supporting our goal of providing you with the best possible service. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
