Go-Pak win Manufacturer of the Year Award 2025
We are incredibly proud to share that Go-Pak Group have won the Manufacturer of the Year Award at the Foodservice Packaging Association Awards 2025.
An award that holds particular significance to the group because it is determined by the votes of the FPA’s Distributor members and customers. Their firsthand experiences with our products and services, and trust in our commitment to quality, innovation, and customer care, make this recognition especially rewarding for our entire team.
The FPA evaluation for the Manufacturer of the Year Award covers several key criteria, including the provision of service excellence, responsiveness to environmental and legislative developments, customer collaboration, ethical governance, and overall stand-out excellence. We are deeply grateful to everyone who voted for us. This recognition would not have been possible without your unwavering support.
The number of votes received for Go-Pak highlights just how highly regarded the company is, and I was delighted to see them win the FPA Manufacturer Award. Chosen by our members and independently verified, this award is a testament to Go-Pak’s success in meeting key criteria and setting themselves apart from others in the industry.
Our dedication to these principles has been evident through our continuous improvement and achievements. We have maintained exceptional customer service, with 96.4% of recent survey respondents expressing high satisfaction with Go-Pak's engagement. Our Net Promoter Score (NPS) has seen a steady increase, reaching 80% since 2023, reflecting our commitment to customer loyalty and satisfaction.
In addition, we have expanded our UK distribution facility by 58,159 sqft, ensuring outstanding stock availability levels at an average of 99.6% during 2024. Our investment in diversified manufacturing capabilities and capacity has further strengthened our position in the industry. As an award-winning employer, recognized by the Sunday Times 'Best Places to Work 2024, we continue to prioritise our team's well-being and development.
We have also minimised lead times from manufacturing to market delivery, achieved an industry-leading Defect Parts per Million (DPPM) rate, and introduced continuous improvement processes that have significantly reduced complaint levels. These efforts underscore our commitment to high-quality standards and customer satisfaction. We are incredibly grateful to all of our dedicated and talented team members across the group who have worked tirelessly to achieve this honour.
